Growth Marketing Manager – Marketplace & Commercial Performance

We are recruiting a Growth Marketing Manager to support the growth of an international food-tech marketplace business in France.

We are looking for someone with relevant experience in marketplace, e-commerce trading or e-merchandising, with hands-on responsibility for improving commercial performance through pricing, promotions, merchandising and data analysis.

Reporting to a Senior Manager, this role offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on the growth of the French market within an international and fast-moving environment.

What you'll be doing

• Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to increase orders and conversion
• Analyse customer behaviour, sales data and commercial performance
• Develop and optimise pricing, promotions and merchandising initiatives
• Improve the visibility and performance of products, offers or menus across digital platforms
• Support launches and growth initiatives in the French market
• Test new ideas, measure results and continuously optimise performance
• Work closely with international Marketing, Commercial and Operations teams

What we're looking for

• Fluent French and English
• 4+ years of experience in marketplace, e-commerce trading, e-merchandising or a closely related commercial role
• Hands-on experience managing or optimising pricing, promotions, assortment, menus or marketplace merchandising
• Proven ability to use commercial data to improve orders, conversion, revenue or average order value
• Experience within food delivery, marketplaces, QSR (quick-service restaurants) or high-volume e-commerce would be particularly relevant

What’s on offer

• €40,000–€50,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience
• 39-hour working week with RTT

• Central Paris office with up to 2 days working from home
