We welcome candidates with marketing and events experience in law firms, business consulting, financial services or comparable corporate and institutional environments. Previous law firm experience is an advantage, but is not essential.
Working closely with the Managing Partner, the Paris office&rsquo;s partners and international marketing teams, you will translate global and regional priorities into effective initiatives for the French market.
This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role combining planning, coordination and practical delivery. You should be equally comfortable discussing priorities with senior stakeholders and personally preparing presentations, checking event materials or managing invitations. Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
Key&nbsp;Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead&nbsp;local&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;initiatives&nbsp;aligned&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;firm&rsquo;s&nbsp;client,&nbsp;sector&nbsp;and&nbsp;brand&nbsp;strategy.</li>
<li>Plan&nbsp;and&nbsp;deliver&nbsp;client&nbsp;events,&nbsp;seminars&nbsp;and&nbsp;conferences,&nbsp;from&nbsp;initial&nbsp;briefing&nbsp;and&nbsp;invitations&nbsp;through&nbsp;to&nbsp;on-site&nbsp;coordination&nbsp;and&nbsp;follow-up.</li>
<li>Support&nbsp;the&nbsp;Managing&nbsp;Partner&nbsp;and&nbsp;partners&nbsp;in&nbsp;delivering&nbsp;local&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;and&nbsp;client&nbsp;engagement&nbsp;priorities.</li>
<li>Manage&nbsp;sponsorships,&nbsp;partnerships&nbsp;and&nbsp;opportunities&nbsp;to&nbsp;strengthen&nbsp;the&nbsp;firm&rsquo;s&nbsp;visibility.</li>
<li>Prepare&nbsp;and&nbsp;adapt&nbsp;PowerPoint&nbsp;presentations,&nbsp;digital&nbsp;content,&nbsp;social&nbsp;media&nbsp;posts&nbsp;and&nbsp;other&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;materials&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;French&nbsp;market.</li>
<li>Take&nbsp;ownership&nbsp;of&nbsp;practical&nbsp;delivery,&nbsp;including&nbsp;invitation&nbsp;lists,&nbsp;formatting,&nbsp;proofreading,&nbsp;printing&nbsp;and&nbsp;coordination&nbsp;of&nbsp;event&nbsp;materials.</li>
<li>Monitor&nbsp;campaign,&nbsp;event&nbsp;and&nbsp;digital&nbsp;performance,&nbsp;providing&nbsp;insights&nbsp;and&nbsp;recommendations.</li>
<li>Coordinate&nbsp;with&nbsp;regional&nbsp;and&nbsp;global&nbsp;teams&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;consistent&nbsp;messaging&nbsp;and&nbsp;high-quality&nbsp;delivery.</li>

Your&nbsp;Profile
<ul>
<li>Fluent&nbsp;French&nbsp;and&nbsp;English,&nbsp;both&nbsp;written&nbsp;and&nbsp;spoken.</li>
<li>Ideally&nbsp;8&ndash;10&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;relevant&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;and&nbsp;events.</li>
<li>A&nbsp;background&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;law&nbsp;firm,&nbsp;consultancy,&nbsp;financial&nbsp;services&nbsp;organisation&nbsp;or&nbsp;comparable&nbsp;corporate&nbsp;or&nbsp;institutional&nbsp;environment.</li>
<li>Strong&nbsp;understanding&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;French&nbsp;local&nbsp;business&nbsp;environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated&nbsp;experience&nbsp;personally&nbsp;delivering&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;campaigns&nbsp;and&nbsp;client&nbsp;events.</li>
<li>Practical&nbsp;familiarity&nbsp;with&nbsp;digital&nbsp;marketing,&nbsp;social&nbsp;media&nbsp;and&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;tools.</li>
<li>A&nbsp;practical&nbsp;approach,&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;willingness&nbsp;to&nbsp;handle&nbsp;day-to-day&nbsp;execution&nbsp;alongside&nbsp;broader&nbsp;project&nbsp;responsibilities.</li>

Salary&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Benefits

<li>Salary&nbsp;of&nbsp;up&nbsp;to&nbsp;&euro;90,000&nbsp;gross&nbsp;per&nbsp;annum,&nbsp;depending&nbsp;on&nbsp;experience.</li>
