About the Company

A leading international provider of serviced offices is looking for a Business Developer to drive its growth in Brussels. This role focuses on new business development and account management, targeting small & medium-sized enterprises (30-50 employees) to generate profitable revenue.

Based in Brussels, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities. This dynamic B2B sales position requires a deep understanding of the market, fluency in English, and proficiency in French and/or Dutch.

You will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's full range of flexible workspace solutions.

You will report directly to the Country Manager and collaborate closely with the Operations and Sales teams in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities, handling the full sales cycle to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their workspace needs.
  • Identify and secure new business deals with SMEs.
  • Collaborate with third-party partners (agents, consultants, real estate specialists) to create new sales opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
  • At least 6 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in service or solution-based industries.
  • Strong track record in selling to SME clients.

Salary & Benefits

  • Up to €55K gross annual salary (including 13th month and vacation).
