Our client is a fast-growing company specializing in SaaS, developing innovative solutions in the field of CIAM (Customer Identity & Access Management) and identity security. In their context of rapid expansion, they are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to strengthen their sales team and accelerate market growth. You will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of strategic clients.
Candidates should have experience in SaaS enterprise sales, within a start up or scale up environment and be bilingual French / English. Experience in the field of CIAM / AIM is a huge advantage!
Role based in central Paris
Salary package approx. 180K€ with a 50/50 split.
Main responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients with a hunting approach.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of prospects and key Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts.
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, engaging with key decision-makers.
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling during contract renewals.
- Develop revenue streams and maximize company growth..
- Lead and manage the contract renewal process to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal retention.
- Take initiative an interact with all levels of the organization to optimize commercial strategies.
- Regularly communicate business potential, risks, and opportunities, and define appropriate strategies.
- Provide structured reporting to the CEO.
Required Profile
- Confirmed experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of commercial success.
- Proven experience in Key Account Sales, with strong ability to close significant deals.
- Hunter mindset, capable of generating a strong pipeline and opening new opportunities.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, e-commerce environments, and related platforms.
- Experience in the IAM/CIAM sector would be a significant plus.
- Autonomous, agile, ambitious, with a strong results-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a scale-up environment requiring operational excellence and rigor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Bilingual French / English
