Our client, a leading economic consulting firm, is looking to recruit a bilingual French / English Recruitment Adviser to support their offices in Europe and Asia.&nbsp;Candidates must have experience in an in-house recruitment role and have had responsibility for data analysis and reporting within a recruitment function.The position can be located in the Paris, Brussels or London office.You will recruit for consulting and business support functions and will have responsibility for headcount reporting, recruitment forecasting, workforce analysis, and the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.This role sits within a seven-person team covering HR, Recruitment, and Learning &amp; Development. The role will report into the Recruitment and L&amp;D Manager.Responsibilities: <ul>
<li>Collaborate with local hiring managers to attract, source, and progress candidates for billable and non-billable positions.</li><li>Develop excellent working relationships with local offices, advising on recruitment best practices.</li><li>Maintain the applicant tracking system (Workday) and all recruitment filing systems.</li><li>Maintain and refine talent planning and recruitment forecasting models.</li><li>Analyse headcount data to identify trends, capacity constraints, and hiring requirements.</li><li>Support the alignment of hiring plans with business needs and forecasted demand across billable and non-billable functions.</li><li>Extract and validate headcount and recruitment data from Workday.</li><li>Alongside the HR team, deliver cyclical reporting with consistency and precision.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting methodologies and data integrity.</li><li>Draft and refine job descriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the firm&rsquo;s positioning.</li><li>Support employer branding efforts aimed at attracting high-calibre billable and non-billable talent.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews and recruitment events, ensuring an efficient recruitment process.</li><li>Provide broader support across the HR and Learning &amp; Development teams, contributing to team initiatives and wider people activities across the region.</li></ul>
Profile Required:<ul>
<li>Experience supporting recruitment activity across multiple locations and stakeholder groups within a professional services environment.</li><li>Experience working with headcount reporting, workforce planning, recruitment analytics, or talent data.</li><li>Experience building and maintaining reporting models and analysing data trends.</li><li>Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR platforms, preferably Workday.</li><li>Experience using AI tools (CoPilot, Claude, Lama and Chat GPT) and working with data in Power BI and Excel would be advantageous.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluency in English and French</li></ul>

Our client, an international leader in the maintenance and repair of aviation safety and survival equipment, is seeking a&nbsp;bilingual French / English Compliance Officer&nbsp;to join their team based near Charles de Gaulle Airport, Paris.The Quality, Safety and Compliance Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the site's Compliance Monitoring Programme and Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring compliance with Part-145 (and, where applicable, Part-IS) requirements. The role covers audit planning and execution, technical documentation control, supplier oversight, and acts as the local point of contact with the Competent Authority (OSAC) on routine compliance and safety matters, under the guidance of the Accountable Manager.Candidates must have solid experience in an aviation environment with EASA Part-145, be comfortable writing MOE and be fluent in both French and English.The role is well suited to someone moving into their first or second management-level position in quality/compliance, rather than a candidate seeking a senior, multi-site, or purely strategic mandate.ResponsibilitiesOperational<ul>

Profile required&nbsp;:<ul>
<li>Experience in quality, safety, or compliance within an aviation/MRO environment; prior audit experience preferred</li><li>Working knowledge of EASA Part-145 and SMS requirements; awareness of Part-IS is an advantage</li><li>Technical background in MRO, with relevant certification or vocational qualification</li><li>Some experience coordinating or reviewing the work of others (formal people-management experience not required)</li><li>Good written and spoken English and French</li></ul>
