🐟&nbsp;I am happy to look for an Account Executive specializing in Maritime Renewable Energy to join their team in Caen.🐟
Your main task will be to generate, develop and close sales opportunities and you'll report to the Head of Sales.
You're familiar with renewable energy offshore, or from oil-gas-mining industry.
Your mission :
<ul>
<li>Identify and develop new B2B leads.</li>
<li>Convert leads into customers through research, stakeholder engagement, and interest generation.</li>
<li>Create and deliver impactful sales presentations, negotiate, and close deals.</li>
<li>Manage the sales process for tenders, including national and international calls, and ensure company&rsquo;s listing with prime contractors.</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships through effective follow-up.</li>
<li>Implement feedback and provide detailed reporting.</li>
</ul>
You :
<ul>
<li>Experience Maritime Renewable Energy</li>
<li>Knowledge of the maritime offshore industry</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial, innovative, and resilient.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, including cold calling, email, and social media.</li>
<li>Analytical abilities to assess customer needs and optimize sales practices.</li>
<li>Skilled in presentation and negotiation.</li>
<li>Committed to customer success.</li>
<li>Collaborative team player.</li>
<li>Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.</li>

Responsibilities :

<li>Generate Sales Qualified Leads from potential prospects internationally and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads.</li>
<li>Create a strong initial impression and build a solid foundation for long-term relationships.</li>
<li>Follow up and collaborate closely with Sales Executives to close deals.</li>
<li>Profile, qualify, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.</li>
<li>Keep precise records of all activities.</li>
<li>Conduct high-volume prospecting through cold calling, email, and others networking tools to establish and sustain a robust lead pipeline.</li>
